Refund Policy

Since the website promotes rural and semi urban artisans and craftsmen, returns will be accepted only if:

 

1. Incorrect product shipped

2. The product has been damaged in the transit.

   3.    Product of the wrong size or quantity.

4. The product is defective .We request you to immediately click a picture of the product received and mail it to our team at info@craftchakra.com within 24 hours. where ever possible we shall try and replace the product or issue a gift card . In other cases, we shall deduct shipping costs incurred and refund the balance amount. 

 

Please note since most of these products are handcrafted by the artisans and the craftsmen, a slight variation in the colours and sizes may  occur from product to product which may not be noticeable. 

 

Once the order for customised products has been placed and the work has begun there shall be no cancellation and refund.  

 

While returning the product, please make sure that the receipt and the packaging is not damaged. The product has to be returned in the original packaging.

 

 

Shipping Charges-Taxes and Title 

 

The final price is inclusive of all the shipping and taxes. 

 

Billing & Payments

 

All items supplied will be accompanied by an official invoice. Currently we do not have cash on delivery facility. Dispatch of products will be made only once full and find payment is made. If you wish to make partial payment by card and rest by money transfer or cheque, please write to our help desk at info@craftchakra.com with full details of the product you wish to purchase. Our team will connect with you.

 

Dispatch of products will made between 10-12 days. In case there is a delay due to unavailability of the product, the same shall be communicated to the customer by mail.

 

 

 

CANCELLATION BY CRAFTCHAKRA

 

 

While, we try to ship out every order that has been successfully placed with craftchakra.com, there are some situations in which we may have to cancel orders. Some of the situations that may result in your order being cancelled include (but not limited to):

 

Product is no longer available with our merchant or temporarily out of stock

Limitations on quantities available for purchase

Restrictions on quantity or number or orders as per T&C

Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing or promotion information

Problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department

Inaccurate or insufficient address

Non-serviceable locations

At times we may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your payment has been done, the charged amount will be refunded to you as soon as we can.

Cancellations by the Customer

In case we receive a cancellation notice from you within 24-Hrs of placing the order and the order has not been processed by us, then we will cancel the order and refund the entire amount to you. We will not be able to cancel those orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us.
